Monitoring accountants

The Professional Oversight Board (POB), part of the Financial Reporting Council, is undertaking a review of the monitoring regimes of the UK professional accountancy bodies - including ACCA - in relation to the provision of accounting services by their members. POB's aim is to consider whether the current monitoring regimes are effective, promote confidence in the profession and meet the needs of users.

To help ensure this research is successful, please take a moment to bring this to the attention of your clients by sending them this link to the survey - http://www.quarterlysurvey.co.uk/pob.htm - and ask them to complete the survey before the closing date of 28 February.
