Leading Through Adversity

Event: Leading Through Adversity

The current economic turbulence is challenging the leadership skills within all organisations. The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst has been developing leaders for over 200 years. The Academy’s approach is to create valuedriven leaders who will deliver required levels of commitment, self sacrifice and mutual trust in order to successfully lead through adversity. We need to constantly ask ourselves the question ‘why would anyone want to follow me?’.

Key Features
• the core elements of the courageous leadership model
• the principles of leadership, followership and partnership applied in a commercial context
• practical application of military leadership values, translated into the current turbulent times
• successfully managing yourself and your team on the down curve
• practical leadership, followership partnership exercises.
