Companies throughout the UK are experiencing difficult trading conditions.  The recent developments in the Eurozone and the knock on effect likely to be felt in the UK economy do not make for an optimistic outlook.  The economy is at serious risk of contracting before the end of the year according to a recent report.

By and large lenders appear to be trying to support the borrowers and to come up with solutions to avoid insolvency.  However, there is always the prospect that problem loans will require action and this may lead to an upturn in the level of corporate insolvencies.
