Managing relationships with designated clients
To maximise the efficient use of all team resources, in satisfying the needs of designated clients, whilst ensuring that client satisfaction with, and trust in, KTS Owens Thomas remains high;
Co-operate with the Senior Managers to ensure that all departmental work is realistically planned in the light of client needs and staff availability, and in the review of the work planner on a regular basis;
To ensure, with the Senior Managers, that work for designated clients achieves, or exceeds, required time utilisation;
To provide professional review of work for designated clients;
To assist the Senior Managers, as required, in the supervision, management and professional development of the department’s staff;
To ensure that all billing arising from designated client work is, wherever possible, sent out within 30 days of the work being done;
