| Honeywell Aerospace is a leading global provider of integrated avionics, engines, systems and service solutions for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, business and general aviation, military, space and airport operations. We are currently recruiting for Accounts / Invoicing Clerk at our specialist wheel and brake overhaul and repair operation at Felltham near Heathrow. The role will involve looking at integrity on the accounts systems, supporting the team with accounts systems queries, working closely with the billing person (supporting with their activities when on annual leave), getting involved with month end journals when required Responsibilities of the role: • Raise sales invoices and issue to customers • Record work performed by Honeywell Alliance Partners • Maintain close relations with offsite AP Processing team clearing queries etc • Prepare and post month end journals • Perform monthly accounts reconciliations • Maintain close relations with offsite Bank Reconciliation team and ensure accurate postings are made • Generate daily sales report • Cover for purchasing and customer service departments as required • Any other reasonable requests Key Success factors: • Demonstrate a positive attitude whilst working with all colleagues • Ability to work well under pressure and possessing a strong work ethic • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger • Issuing all invoices within 2 days of work completion | |

| Attributes / Skills Required: • Excellent PC Skills, especially Excel (must). SAP knowledge would be an advantage • Willingness to continually develop skills in unfamiliar areas of the business • Effective Communicator • Flexible attitude to delegated tasks • Must be a team player • Pro-active and effective problem solver Experience / Education Required / Sought: • Good all-round education – preferably studying towards professional exams (ACCA) • Accounts experience • Customer facing experience a plus Applicants must have a flexible, can do attitude to support the small accounts team on site. Graduates with some recent experience welcome | |
