| Our client is a leading provider of mobile and broadband services to consumers and businesses in the UK. Due to their continued success and growth are now seeking to recruit a Finance Manager/Business Analyst to take ownership of all commercial finance reporting, recurring analysis and forecasting/budgeting relating to customer investment costs and manage a team of 4 business analysts. • Responsible for delivering best in class commercial and financial reporting relating to customer acquisition and retention volumes, customer base figures and Customer Investment costs. Reporting is produced on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and communicated broadly across the company including senior management. • Responsible for analysing and benchmarking all key business trends across all customer segments and distribution channels evaluating overall company performance for Customer Investment costs. • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of integrity in all financial planning including rolling forecasting and budgeting processes. • Responsible for communicating insightful explanation of key performance trends and actual against targets including market conditions, trading results & forecast and impact on Customer Investment costs in order to support business decisions. | |
