Recent surveys amongst senior finance professionals have suggested that leadership is the number one requirement of successful strategic planning within business. The event will concentrate on the role of the accountant as a leader.
Jeff will examine how accountants manage value in organisations and are vital for business. The speakers will give a practical viewpoint of the skills required of successful finance leaders.

John Nicholas, FCCA will provide a practical understanding drawn from many years experience in FTSE 100 Companies as Group Finance Director on how to be a successful finance director using leadership skills.
Steve Tappin is a CEO confidant currently working with 8 FTSE50 CEOs and boards and a number of Chinese and Indian leaders. A former accountant, CEO of Xinfu and author of "The Secrets of CEOs", Steve works around the world to build a new generation of businesses and global leaders. Suzzane will provide fantastic tips on the characteristics required for stepping up to the role of CFO.
