Suzzane Wood
Suzzane Wood is a Partner in the London office of Heidrick & Struggles.
She is co-leader for the Global Financial Officers Practice, which involves working on cross border searches as well as leading on UK plc work. The European CFO Practice which operates as a centre for excellence across all the Heidrick & Struggles sector teams and focuses on placing finance executives at Board level, including specialist roles such as, Tax, Treasury, Strategy, Corporate Finance, IR and Audit & Risk.
The practice regularly runs discussion forums for Finance Directors, providing an excellent source of information highlighting current issues and market trends. In addition, Suzzane regularly attends and speaks at CFO conferences. In the past four years she has been selected in a list of “Top 50 Influential People” by Accountancy Age.
In addition, Suzzane is a member of the Board and CEO Practice and has extensive experience in NED appointments. She has over twenty two years as a specialist in Finance and Board recruitment, including thirteen years in international executive search.
Her extensive board level experience covers a broad range of industry sectors including retail, consumer, industrial, technology, professional services, utilities, life sciences and financial services.
