Public sector network
Public Sector Members' Network Panel Election 2008
An election will take place in December for a place on the Public Sector Network Panel. Booklets will be e-mailed to all UK public sector members and members are encouraged to vote. Results will be posted in late December. The election will be overseen by the Electoral Reform Society (ERS).

The Public Sector Network comprises approximately 5,000 members across the UK. It provides services to finance professionals working across the sector, including central and local government, education and charities. Activities to support its members include:
Events/CPD
The Network organises around 10 events per year on behalf of its members. The majority are held in London, with the remainder across the country.
Attendance at these events is free but, as places are limited, please book in advance. These events will constitute verifiable Continuing Professional Development (CPD) if the content is relevant to an individual's personal development plan.
ACCA UK also organises a detailed programme of continuing professional development (CPD) courses for members in the corporate sector. Call 020 7059 5910 to request a brochure.

Magazine
Public Eye is published four times per year and mailed automatically to Public Sector Network members. It contains news and feature articles on key issues affecting the public sector, as well as the latest news on relevant ACCA activities, publications and events.
