HMRC Working Together
Panel member, Stacey McVeighty, serves on the HMRC Working Together Initiative and offers members the opportunity to feedback any problems or queries to HMRC. The WTI is a partnership with the main agent representative bodies to improve all areas of our operations for the benefit of agents, advisers and their clients. It provides a forum to raise operational issues or problems that have been identified by HMRC or the representative bodies, either at a national level or through local Working Together groups. The local meetings are incredibly useful, they get problems escalated and do make a difference.
