  • Employment law
  • With all the recent changes in legislation and EU legislation coming into effect, employment law is an area where many organisations need advice.

  • Choosing and Using a Solicitor

However, in business, the advice and services of a solicitor will often be required. For fear of running up large legal bills, businesses will often not consult a solicitor until they have a serious problem by which time any solution may be at its most expensive. In most cases businesses can save themselves money by seeing a solicitor for advice early on. Initial advice is often free and the Law Society administers a scheme which provides a 30 minute free legal consultation with member firms.
